Bryan is now responsible for the overall brand presence of AccoTEST in Asia Pacific, building and promoting brand awareness, recruiting and building local teams, and strategizing product marketing and promotions.

Bryan graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Northumbria in 2007.

Lan Kheng is the leader of Deloitte Malaysia’s Penang office and a business tax partner. She has vast professional experience in taxation and has assisted multinational clients, particularly in the semiconductor industry, in negotiating and securing special tax incentive packages in Malaysia.

Lan Kheng has been actively working with industry associations on policy matters relating to immigration, tax and customs. She represents the industry associations at various working dialogue sessions with the Malaysian government agencies.

Kam Heng manages the Volume Product Engineering group that spans across Malaysia, China, Vietnam and Costa Rica. He is also the Malaysia site general manager of the Manufacturing Product Engineering group. In his 25+ years at Intel, Kam Heng has served in Technology Development (TD) as Malaysia Site Director for Sort Test TD and later Assembly Test TD. He has also served as NPI Senior Director for Intel worldwide assembly and test manufacturing network. Kam Heng is currently the Chairman of the Testing & Yield Analysis Technical Committee of SEMI Southeast Asia.

Kam Ai Mei has over 21 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, having an early start in 2000 in Manufacturing Engineering and Procurement with TECH Semiconductor, Singapore (now known as Micron Semiconductor).

Since joining Infineon in 2006, Mrs Kam has had diverse roles within Operational Planning and Controlling, Productivity Management, Project Management, and Finance Operations, including 2 years in Germany to lead Infineon-Cypress Post-Merger and Integration for Finance Operations.

Currently, Mrs Kam serves as a committee member in the Kulim Industrial Tenants Association (KITA).

CC joined Celestica in 2006 and brings over 25 years of manufacturing experience in the Semiconductor, Hard Disk Drive and Electronics Manufacturing Services industries.

Prior to joining Celestica, he was General Manager of Solectron’s operation in Malaysia.

BC Lee is involved in the electronic industry as the Vice President of SECA (Sarawak Electronics & Supporting Industries Companies Association) which is located in Sama Jaya Free Industrial Zone.

In education, he is Member of the University Industry Advisory Panel for UNIMAS (University Malaysia Sarawak).

He was formerly General Manager for Intel Chipset (NCO7) Factory; Managing Director for Stats Chippac Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan; General Manager for ASE Malaysia and General Manager for Sensata Technology Malaysia.

Hon Sang holds a Bachelor of Science(Physics) degree from University of Malaya.

With responsibility of nine factories across China, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam, he brings a broad and comprehensive view of the semiconductor industry in the APAC region. He has resided in Malaysia since 2013 when he was appointed as General Manager of ON Semiconductor Seremban Site 1. He started his career with Motorola Semiconductor and has transitioned through multiple Global Operations and Supply Chain senior leadership responsibilities in Mexico, United States and Malaysia.

In 2017 he was given the opportunity to lead Texas Instruments Electronics Malaysia in Malacca. In 2018, Yogan moved up to KL and leads the Texas Instruments team at Ampang facility. in 2021, he was given the country portfolio, managing both Ampang and Malacca facilities.

He has more than 28 years of working experience in the outsourced semiconductor assembly & test (“OSAT”) industry.

He was the Vice Chairman of Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC) from 2017 to 2021 and the Regional Advisory Board member of SEMI SEA from 2017 to 2021 and is a strategy leader under the E&E Productivity Nexus.

Mr Dillon Atma Singh

Dillon Atma Singh, CEO of JF Technology Berhad has over 28 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and has held senior leadership positions as Sr Director in Renesas, a leading Japanese semiconductor company and prior to that Intersil (through its acquisition of Elantec Semiconductor), a leading American Power Management semiconductor company, managing its entire Asia operations.

He has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Majoring in Communications from University Technology Malaysia and a Masters in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management (Netherlands).
